You don’t have to do it alone anymore.

There are many different reasons that people come to therapy. Some are feeling overwhelmed, scared, or stuck, while others are doing well enough, yet sense that something more is possible. Wherever you find yourself, I am going to meet you right there. I don’t believe therapy should rush you, fix you, or push you past what you’re ready to face. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain or longing to live more fully, therapy is a place to slow down, listen inwardly, and work together to remove the barriers that have kept you from trusting yourself and your own wisdom.

I will honor both your pain and your potential.

The decision to begin a healing process isn’t easy. You may have become skilled at navigating around what hurts, and that wisdom deserves respect. But sometimes the effort it takes to avoid the pain begins to outweigh the effort of gently facing it.

In our work together, I don’t push past suffering—I meet you in it. The difference is that you’re no longer alone. Together, we move carefully into the places that feel confusing, frightening, or tender, and begin to listen for what’s needed. I pay close attention to pacing and nervous system safety, to ensure we’re not rushing into anything that would feel overwhelming or destabilizing.

And then, something really wonderful tends to happen. More space opens up and new possibilities emerge. This is because all that energy that you needed to just get by, is now freed up to engage your vitality.

As barriers soften, many clients find more curiosity, self-trust, and freedom in their relationships and choices. The capacity for healing is already within you; my role is to help you reconnect with that forgotten knowledge.
